Shipping Options
In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup for eligible orders.
If you choose in-store pickup, please collect your order within 20 days from the date of order confirmation. If the order is not collected within this time, our team may contact you before taking any further action.
Free Shipping in India
We offer free shipping across India.
In some cases, we may use a trusted delivery partner to pack, dispatch, or deliver your order.
When We Start Preparing Your Order
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, are counted from the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are counted from the next working day.
Order Preparation Time
Most Mikaya products are handcrafted and made to order.
Your order usually takes 14–20 business days to be prepared before shipping.
This time includes making the product, adding design details, quality checking, packing, and getting the order ready for delivery.
We prepare orders from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays.
Delivery Time After Shipping
Once your order is ready and handed over to our delivery partner, delivery within India usually takes 1–5 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Your order usually reaches you within 15–25 business days from the day we start processing it.
Because our products are handcrafted, some designs may take more time. If there is any delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery for international orders.
International shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are not controlled by Mikaya and must be paid by the customer.
Please check your country’s import rules and possible charges before placing an international order.
Order Delays
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you and share an updated delivery estimate.
Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests can be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Eligibility applies as per our Return & Refund Policy.
