RETURNS
- You may place a return request within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Return shipping charges (reverse pickup cost or courier fee) will be deducted from your refund amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, the order enters the processing stage, and cancellation will not be possible.
REFUND POLICY
- Once we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it.
- Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7 days after the product passes inspection.
- Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- We will notify you via email once your return or refund is completed.
EXCEPTIONS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
