Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest — keep tape level across back.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (natural waist).
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Armhole
Measure around the shoulder joint where the sleeve sits.
Height
Stand straight — measure from top of head to floor (shoes optional).

How to measure
Use a soft tape measure. Keep it parallel to the floor and comfortably snug (not tight).
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest — keep tape level across back.
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline (narrowest part).
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Armhole: Measure around shoulder joint where sleeve sits.
- Height: Stand straight and measure from top of head to floor.
